The Arab Shipbuilding and Repair Yard Company (ASRY) has launched the ‘ASRY Toastmasters Club’, a step aimed at supporting the development of employees’ communication, public-speaking and leadership skills within a motivating environment that helps hone abilities and encourages well-rounded growth both personally and professionally.

The club’s establishment forms part of ASRY’s ongoing investment in its human capital and its keenness to support and empower its talent by creating effective training platforms that keep pace with leading global professional-development initiatives, offering accredited and trusted programs. The ‘ASRY Toastmasters Club’ operates under the umbrella of Toastmasters International, a non-profit organization that develops public speaking and leadership skills through interactive activities and regular meetings aimed at steady skill-building and greater self-confidence.
